We started building the Rocket on August 4th as scheduled!

There were 10 of us working together (7 English, 1 Scot and 2 French) plus Kirstin our photographer for the day (Merci Kirstin, tu es vachement cool!).

On the Sunday evening we all made Pizzas and cooked them in a traditional Normandie wood-fired bread Oven.
Thanks go to Carole for the tarte tatin and to Justine for the salad!

There are nearly 400 photographs waiting to be sorted and put onto the site please be patient!

Rene and I will be working on the stove each day till it's finished and will take plenty of photographs, so you can log our progress!

Later in the year, our Rocket Team will be invited back to see her fired up.
